Winery
Le Petit Mouton comes from Château Mouton Rothschild in Pauillac. The estate selects grapes from younger vines, ferments the wine in its oak vats and matures it in oak barrels.
The first vintage appeared in 1993 as Le Second Vin de Mouton Rothschild. The wine took its current name in 1994. Its distinctive label draws on a 1927 design by Jean Carlu.
